How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, we’ll email you a tracking number. Pop it into our tracking page to follow each step.
How much are the shipping costs?
Free UK shipping on every order.
Received a defective or wrong item?
That’s not how it should arrive – sorry about that. Email info@ashburyboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll sort it quickly.
How long does it take to prepare and ship an order?
Preparation usually takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, delivery is typically 1 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven’t started preparing it yet, we can usually help. Email us straight away with the subject “Change Order #12345”. Once it’s dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
My tracking says “delivered”, but I can’t find the parcel.
Check safe places and with neighbours, and look for a courier photo or note. If nothing turns up within 24 hours, email info@ashburyboutique.com and we’ll investigate.
