Return Details

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and include all labels and packaging. Goods that show wear, damage from improper use, or returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Email info@ashburyboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm approval and provide step-by-step instructions, including the return address. Pack the item securely, use a trackable service, and send it at your own expense.
After the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s released. If the refund has not appeared after that period, contact us and we’ll look into it.
If you’d like a different size, colour, or variant, email info@ashburyboutique.com. We’ll share the next steps. Exchanges are possible only for unused items within 30 days of delivery and depend on availability. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
If you need to cancel an order, email info@ashburyboutique.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but they can be returned after delivery under this policy.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t the item you ordered, please email info@ashburyboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the case and arrange a prompt resolution.
