At a Glance
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same day
- Processing Window: 1 - 2 working days (Monday–Friday)
- On the Road: 1 - 3 working days (Monday–Friday)
- No Extra Fees: All UK orders ship free
From Checkout to Doorstep
Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email and start preparing it straight away. Processing normally takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your package leaves us, you’ll get another email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 1 - 3 working days and costs you nothing.
Cancelling Before It Ships
If you need to cancel an order, email info@ashburyboutique.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but they can be returned after delivery under this policy.
If Your Order Isn’t Right
If something arrives damaged or isn’t the item you ordered, please email info@ashburyboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the case and arrange a prompt resolution.
Running Late?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, please allow an extra three working days. Sometimes delays occur in transit. If the order is still missing after that, contact us at info@ashburyboutique.com and we’ll investigate the situation for you.
